Open Positions

Community Manager

  • Serve as the primary voice and daily presence in the community, sparking conversations and welcoming new members
  • Moderate discussions to maintain a respectful, inclusive, and safe environment
  • Build strong relationships with members, identifying and nurturing super users, mentors, and contributors
  • Plan and run engaging community programs including weekly threads, challenges, expert sessions, and AMAs
  • Collaborate with marketing and content teams to amplify member stories and insights
  • Design and manage a warm onboarding experience that drives early engagement
  • Increase active participation, re engage passive members, and support long term retention
  • Act as the voice of the community by gathering feedback, tracking sentiment, and sharing insights with internal teams
  • Monitor and report on community health metrics such as engagement, retention, and top contributors
  • Support partnerships, networking, and collaboration within the community

Motion Designer

  • Create engaging motion graphics and animations for social media, video content, campaigns, and digital platforms
  • Translate ideas, scripts, and brand concepts into compelling visual stories through motion
  • Design animated assets including reels, intros, lower thirds, explainers, and promotional videos
  • Collaborate with content, marketing, and creative teams to support campaigns and community initiatives
  • Ensure all motion designs align with brand identity, tone, and visual guidelines
  • Edit and animate video content to enhance storytelling and audience engagement
  • Optimize motion assets for different platforms and formats (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn)
  • Manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and adapt quickly to feedback
  • Stay updated on motion design trends, tools, and best practices

Photographer & Videographer

  • Capture high quality photos and videos for events, campaigns, social media, and digital platforms
  • Tell compelling stories through visuals that align with the brand’s vision and message
  • Cover live events, interviews, behind the scenes moments, and community activities
  • Edit and deliver polished photo and video content for various platforms
  • Collaborate with the creative and content teams to plan shoots and execute concepts
  • Ensure visual consistency with brand guidelines across all content
  • Manage equipment, lighting, and basic production setup
  • Organize, store, and archive visual content efficiently
  • Meet deadlines and adapt quickly to feedback

Social Media & Content Creator

  • Create engaging content (graphics, videos, reels, and posts) for social media platforms
  • Plan and manage a consistent content calendar aligned with the brand’s message and goals
  • Write relatable captions and storytelling copy that reflects the brand voice
  • Film, edit, and repurpose short form content for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn
  • Engage with the online community through comments, DMs, and interactive content
  • Collaborate with photographers, videographers, designers, and the wider creative team
  • Support campaigns, events, and launches with creative social content
  • Track content performance and adapt ideas for better reach and engagement
  • Stay updated on content trends, formats, and platform best practices

Graphic Designer

  • Design visually compelling graphics for social media, campaigns, events, and digital platforms
  • Translate ideas and concepts into clear, engaging visual designs
  • Create brand aligned assets including flyers, posters, banners, and presentation materials
  • Collaborate with content, social media, and marketing teams to support campaigns and initiatives
  • Maintain visual consistency across all brand touchpoints
  • Prepare design files for digital use and basic print needs
  • Manage multiple design tasks and meet deadlines
  • Adapt designs quickly based on feedback
  • Stay updated on design trends and best practices

Event Planner

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute events from concept to completion
  • Manage event logistics including venues, vendors, schedules, and budgets
  • Coordinate speakers, facilitators, and partners before and during events
  • Create detailed event timelines and run of show plans
  • Work with the creative and marketing teams to support event promotion
  • Oversee on site event setup, guest experience, and smooth execution
  • Anticipate and resolve issues quickly during events
  • Conduct post event reviews and document learnings
  • Ensure all events align with the brand’s vision and experience standards
